IMAGE AND FILE FORMATTING

Upload all files using the File Upload page.

If you are submitting files for competition, use the naming convention given below.

If you are uploading files for participation in other club events (like theme nights), be sure to include your full last name and the title of your image so that it can be identified if it is used in a website gallery.

Digital images must be

  • in JPG format
  • of resolution of 72 dpi (dots per inch)
  • sized so that the longest side is 1800 pixels
  • in the sRGB color space

You may submit a maximum of three images per competition. Submissions are identified as Group A (advanced), Group B (beginner), Group C (creative), Group K (black and white), Group M (Macro).
